Cinema and multiplex projects are a new category for us — an entertainment and service activity, not industrial manufacturing, so the standard MSME/Food Processing subsidy framework doesn't apply directly. We're researching the licensing framework (Cinema Regulation rules, fire and structural safety norms) and any applicable state incentive before publishing detailed guidance.
