- Certificate and ID card, skill training with a ₹500/day stipend, a ₹15,000 toolkit incentive, and concessional credit — ₹1 lakh for 18 months then ₹2 lakh for 30 months at a fixed 5% rate.
- Ceiling
- ₹3 lakh credit across two tranches.
- Eligibility
- Indian resident artisan/craftsperson aged 18+ in one of 18 notified trades. Must not have already availed PMEGP, PM SVANidhi or Mudra.
- Route
- pmvishwakarma.gov.in via a Common Service Centre → Gram Panchayat/ULB → District Implementation Committee → Screening Committee.
